By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy (together, the “Agreement”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” refers to that organization.

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2. The Services

PredictionData.dev provides data products and tools, which may include historical datasets, market metadata, order book and trades data, APIs, downloads, and related documentation (the “Data”). We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services (or any portion of them) at any time. • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and API keys
  • Be responsible for all activity conducted through your account or API keys
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use or security breach
We may suspend or revoke API keys (or access) if we believe your account or usage poses a security risk, violates these Terms, or may harm the Services.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or degrade the Services (including through abusive API usage, scraping beyond plan limits, or denial-of-service behavior)
  • Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • Collect or track Personal Information of others without lawful basis
  • Use the Services for unlawful, deceptive, obscene, or harmful purposes
  • Circumvent access controls, subscription enforcement, or rate limiting (if applicable)
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access immediately if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

5. License and Data Usage Rights

5.1 License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable Fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services and Data for your internal business or personal use, as permitted by your subscription plan (“Permitted Use”).

5.2 Restrictions

Except as expressly permitted in writing by PredictionData.dev, you may not:
  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or otherwise provide the Data or Services to third parties
  • Use the Services as a substitute for providing a competing data service
  • Make the Data available to others via a public API, public dataset, or public-facing product
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code or underlying methods from the Services (to the extent prohibited by law)
  • Remove or obscure proprietary notices

5.3 Derived Data

You may create analyses, models, or other outputs derived from the Data (“Derived Data”) for Permitted Use. Unless your plan explicitly permits redistribution, you may not distribute raw Data or substantially similar substitutes for the Data.

The Services and all associated content, software, and Data (including selection, compilation, and presentation) are owned by PredictionData.dev and/or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive only the limited license described in these Terms. No ownership rights are transferred.

7.5 Refunds

Except where required by law or explicitly stated in writing, Fees are non-refundable.

7.6 Taxes

Fees are exclusive of taxes (such as sales tax, VAT, or similar), which may be added where applicable.

8. Confidentiality

If, in connection with your use of the Services, either party discloses non-public information that is identified as confidential or should reasonably be understood as confidential (“Confidential Information”), the receiving party will:
  • Use Confidential Information only to perform under these Terms
  • Not disclose it to any third party except to employees/contractors who need to know and are bound by confidentiality obligations
  • Protect it using reasonable safeguards
Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that is publicly available through no breach, independently developed, or rightfully obtained from a third party without restriction.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES AND DATA ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, PredictionData.dev disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, reliability, timeliness, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (for example, fraud).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PredictionData.dev and its affiliates, officers, directors, contractors, and employees from and against any third-party claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:
  • Your use of the Services in violation of these Terms
